OUR STORY

SWEETLEIGHS Cakes and Treats is a sweetery based in Florence, SC, that specializes in hand-crafted "everyday" cakes. It is named after the owner's daughters, Ashleigh and Nataleigh.

We bake BY ORDER ONLY and do not have a retail location.   We do have our cake jars available at Sweet Serenity Gourmet Foods, Baskets & Gifts (843.629.1837) and Dolce Vita Café & More (843.610.2351), both in Florence, SC.

It started as a hobby and it still is, but has grown a lot in the last year. We mainly cater to individuals (birthdays,  luncheons, Sunday dinner, holidays, etc...), but we have prepared cakes for larger events such as, banquets, rehearsal dinners, meetings and wedding receptions.  We don't do traditional tiered or decorative wedding cakes, but we have provided our cakes for weddings that have a "table of sweets" or a "table of cakes" vs. one large wedding cake.
 

Our mission is to create cakes that taste great from first bite to last...cakes that leave an impression and become  ingrained in your memory.  They make you remember where you were when you had your first slice.
